Hello! I have a card to share with you today featuring a pretty new stamp from Pink Ink Stamp Company!
After I got this all put together it reminded me of riding a bike along a boardwalk next to the beach. I thought it was so fun and summery looking!
I stamped the image with waterproof ink onto Master's Touch Watercolor paper. I colored it with my Zig Clean Color markers and a paintbrush and water.
The background is a piece of Aqua Mist card stock splattered with Clorox. I just vaguely remembered doing that years ago when I first started stamping and thought I'd try it again. It made a pretty neat background!
I just love that little basket of flowers! So fresh and springlike!
Thanks so much for stoping by today! The items I've used are listed and linked below.

New Beginnings Bulbs by Sharon Harnist

| Happy March, everyone! Sharon here today sharing a Spring home decor project with you, using more of Pink Ink's latest stamp release! You can see the entire new release HERE on Pink Ink's website. to display, so I made a watercolor background on a 4" x 6" piece of watercolor paper using Tumbled Glass Distress Reinker and Copic Opaque White for the clouds. Next, I stamped Pink Ink's Row of Bulbs and New Beginnings sentiment with Versamark Ink onto an Inchie Arts 2-1/2" x 3-1/2" Art Board and gold heat embossed it. I always love how nice and crisp Pink Ink's red rubber stamp images stamp and emboss -- such pretty fine details! The pots and flowers were colored with these Copic markers: Hyacinth: BV02, BV04, YG61, YG63, Y15, Y17 Daffodils: Y15, Y38, YG03, YG07 Tulips: RV63, RV66, YG61, YG63, BV02, BV04 Shadows: C0, C2 Copic Opaque White was used to make dots on the yellow pot, fill in the white pot, and make stripes/highlights on the purple pot. The stamped Art Square was mounted with foam tape to the watercolor background and anchored with a thin strip of aqua stripe patterned paper, then the piece was inserted into the photo holder. = Easy-peasy new Spring artwork! Wash Day
| Hello Pink Ink fans! I hope you've been enjoying the gorgeous new release. These stamps are just perfect for so many occasions. You can find the new release on the Pink Ink Stamps website. The locations where these (and other) awesome Pink Ink stamps can be purchased can be found HERE. For today's card I colored up Wash Day and constructed an A2 card. I only used my ever handy Copics for today's coloring and the blending was a breeze with this stamps since the size of the stamp lends itself well to coloring. The sentiment is also from Pink Ink and is called Good Old Summertime. For those who are local to Colorado Springs, be on the look out for the next class schedule where we will be using several of these stamps in a cardmaking/coloring class. Thanks for visiting today, and I hope everyone has a fabulous weekend. |

May Basket
21/02/2016
|
Hello! I have a card to share with you today using a couple of stamps from Pink Ink Stamp Company's latest release!
This is such a beautiful image called My Basket, and I had so much fun coloring it. I used my Copic markers and did some shading, but not a lot on the flowers as they are so small, they really didn't need much. I went around the whole image with a warm gray marker and then added some tiny dots around the bouquet.
I covered the card base with some patterned paper I had in my stash, then cut the image out with a stitched rectangle die. I mounted it on my card base with foam tape, and added a few PPP sequins.
You can find Pink Ink Stamps at Ellen Hutson or you can visit the Pink Ink Stamps blog to find a retailer new you! Below I have linked the products I used in this card!
Thanks so much for stopping by!

Thinking of Wellies!
04/02/2016
|
| Hello Pink Ink Fans! Debbie Seyer here today. I was so excited when I received the newest releases from Peggy. The images are all adorable and perfect for Springtime cards to send to those you love. My very favorite stamp is the Floral Wellies stamp. What could be more perfect than a cute pair of rain boots?
I colored the Floral Wellies image using some Spectrum Noir makers. I used the patterned paper to choose my colors for these boots. After coloring the boots, I die cut the image using a rectangle die. After matting the image onto a scalloped rectangle, I added a white doily and put all this onto my card along with my patterned paper. After I tied the ribbon into a bow, I added the sentiment that I punched out using a label punch. Here is a closer look........
Doesn't this image make you wish for Spring? I know it makes me want warmer weather!

Flower Delivery by Sharon Harnist
| Happy weekend to you all! It's been a gorgeous one here, making me definitely ready for Spring so I thought this adorable new Pink Ink Flower Delivery bike would be a great choice to work with today! The bike was stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black ink onto Neenah Solar White cardstock and then colored with Copic Atyou Spica Glitter Pens: I used these glitter pens from Set A to color the image: Lavender, Pink, Orange, Lemon, Melon, Turquoise, and Silver. I used these glitter pens from Set B: Pitch Black, Blossom, Peach, Lilac, Mint, and Baby Blue. The small tips on the pens make it easy to color the small images in this stamp, and the beautiful translucent glittery color adds gorgeous sparkle! I adore all the fine details in these basket of flowers and cute bike! To finish the card, I added shadows under the bike wheels with Copic C0 and C1, then added the 4" x 5.25" panel with Copic Foam Tape to a white top-folded notecard with a Bazzill Candy Necklace (turquoise) 1/4" accent strip. Finally, a Bazzill Licorice Twist "Celebrate" Essentials by Ellen die cut was added. Easy-peasy ... done! I hope you are enjoying a lovely weekend wherever you are ... I think I'll take a bike ride tomorrow! -- Sharon Pink Ink products used, available online through Ellen Hutson LLC: Or check Pink Ink's website to find a local store near you that carries our stamps, or to order wholesale. |

Keep the Sunny Side Up
28/01/2016
|
| Good morning everyone! I hope your week has gone well and you've found some crafting time. Well the awesome news is the brand spankin new Pink Ink Stamps have been release, and I know you're going to love them. It's like coloring in a mini coloring book...just fabulous. I've used a couple of the new stamps in today's card, Breakfast Special and the sentiment Keep the Sunny Side Up. I think this stamp is just so much fun and oh so unique. I wanted to make the color of the design seem like egg yolks and did a distress ink background. I stamped the circles in a solid yellow ink and then stamped the image on top. The image was colored up with mostly Copic markers and a white gel pen. Below is a video showing how I put the card together and a quick peek at the rest of the new stamps. |
