Wash Day

26/02/2016
Hello Pink Ink fans!  I hope you've been enjoying the gorgeous new release.  These stamps are just perfect for so many occasions.

You can find the new release on the Pink Ink Stamps website.
The locations where these (and other) awesome Pink Ink stamps can be purchased can be found HERE. For today's card I colored up Wash Day and constructed an A2 card.

I only used my ever handy Copics for today's coloring and the blending was a breeze with this stamps since the size of the stamp lends itself well to coloring.  The sentiment is also from Pink Ink and is called Good Old Summertime.  For those who are local to Colorado Springs, be on the look out for the next class schedule where we will be using several of these stamps in a cardmaking/coloring class.

Thanks for visiting today, and I hope everyone has a fabulous weekend.

May Basket

21/02/2016

Hello! I have a card to share with you today using a couple of stamps from  Pink Ink Stamp Company's latest release!

This is such a beautiful image called My Basket, and I had so much fun coloring it. I used my Copic markers and did some shading, but not a lot on the flowers as they are so small, they really didn't need much. I went around the whole image with a warm gray marker and then added some tiny dots around the bouquet.

I covered the card base with some patterned paper I had in my stash, then cut the image out with a stitched rectangle die. I mounted it on my card base with foam tape, and added a few PPP sequins.

You can find Pink Ink Stamps at Ellen Hutson or you can visit the Pink Ink Stamps blog to find a retailer new you! Below I have linked the products I used in this card!

Thanks so much for stopping by!

Kay :)

Thinking of Wellies!

 04/02/2016
Hello Pink Ink Fans! Debbie Seyer here today.  I was so excited when I received the newest releases from Peggy. The images are all adorable and perfect for Springtime cards to send to those you love. My very favorite stamp is the Floral Wellies stamp.  What could be more perfect than a cute pair of rain boots?

I colored the Floral Wellies image using some Spectrum Noir makers.  I used the patterned paper to choose my colors for these boots.  After coloring the boots, I die cut the image using a rectangle die.  After matting the image onto a scalloped rectangle, I added a white doily and put all this onto my card along with my patterned paper.  After I tied the ribbon into a bow, I added the sentiment that I punched out using a label punch.  Here is a closer look........

Doesn't this image make you wish for Spring?  I know it makes me want warmer weather!

Thanks for stopping by today!
