Summer Ice Cream

Well summer has arrived in the Rockies.  For a while I thought we were all going to develop web feet from all of the rain, but alas, the sunny skies and hot temperatures are here!!  Of course nothing is better in the summer than ice cream.  Disclaimer, I think every season and every day is great for ice cream:) This fun stamp is called Super Sundae and the sentiment is Good Old Summertime. The background was created using an emboss resist technique and Distress Inks.  The image was stamped onto Stamp masking paper and fussy cut out and then placed over top of the stamped image on the cardstock. Background stamp was stamped twice with the second stamp stamped slightly higher to give a second line. I embossed with white embossing powder.  I used Post it Tape as a mask to create very sharp and clean lines between the colors.  And of course a few sequins for some bling bling.
